Packs full size trays and is available with an optional tray feed system.

Packs boxes in a variety of configurations including neck-up, neck-down including re-shipper type cartons.

Options
Multipak is available with many options to meet a variety of packing situations. This will ensure your return on investment even if your packaging requirements unexpectedly change.

Pallet Conveyor
The optional Pallet Conveyor allows the automatic feed of pallets into and out-of the Multipak. This can be combined with a Pallet Feed Magazine to fully automate the system.

Slip Sheet Magazine
A magazine can be provided to hold a supply of slip sheets that are automatically placed in position between each pallet layer or each box layer.

Top Frame Magazine
The optional top frame magazine is available with Multipak model PMP1-3 to provide automatic placement of the top frame.

Tray Feeder
For tray packing applications a special feeder allows a number of pre-assembled trays to be stacked in a magazine to be placed in position for automatic packaging.

Box Conveyor
For box packaging applications an indexing box conveyor is available to index the boxes into position for automatic packaging.

Container Inverting Feature
A container inverting mechanism is available for neck down packaging applications and can be used for both box packaging and jar palletizing.

Portability
The Multipak is supplied with vibratory type leveling pads and castor wheels making portability from one location to another both simple and efficient.
