Proco Aoki Take-out system is the most advanced and efficient solution for removing the containers from Aoki Machine.
The Proco Take-Out system will remove the containers from the molding machine and deposit them oriented onto Integral Vacuum Conveyor. The Vacuum Conveyor will index the containers from the Takeout System to the Proco Transfer Conveyor which will convey them downstream for future operations such as the Proco Leaktester where they will be checked for leaks before packing.

Integrated Leak Tester
- The Ultratest utilizes the very latest in control technology
- Cycles of 120 containers per minute can be achieved using just one test head
- Periodically self-testing the system’s calibration and accurately calibrates the full cycle
- Extremely easy to set-up.
- Ultratest is fitted with caster wheels and screw type leveling pads. It can be moved from one place to another easily
